Hi David

I just wanted to say I love this tattoo and I am having the same but much smaller on the pulse point of my inner left wrist in memory of my Brother David who died suddenly aged 45 just 2 months ago. He was our beloved and the fact David means beloved is very fitting. Love the tattoo.

Hey, I just ran across your site randomly after googling "Beloved" in Hebrew. I just got the same tattoo on my left wrist. You can check out the photo on my facebook page. Just add me by using that e-mail address. I loved your description of it. Yes, I love the original Hebrew language and how Beloved means many different things pertaining to God, being loved by Him, and loving others. Cheers! ;)

I just got this tattoo on my wrist. I was a little worried afterward that it did not really mean beloved...thanks for easing my mind. On all of the online sites show this to mean beloved but when consulting a bible dictionary it showed dots underneath a couple of characters and even a couple of other variations. Glad to know though that I'm not the only one translating it this way. :)

Wow. I have been thinking the same thing as you. I want another tattoo, and i was thinking my name, but then i wanted something with a lot more meaning, so i googled "hebrew beloved". I'm not sure of the location i want, but i might end up getting something very similar in the near future.
